I thought this week's email was... kinda weird. Funny, though. And it was fun to see Strong Mad's very first foray onto the Internet. - CoochDog

I was throughly satisfied with this email, last week was abit of a bummer but this week the brothers really did a quality job. -somebody better than you

The "wait" Easter Egg had me laughing. And yes, a very weird email. -- JestersOfTheMoon

Oh my gosh, I watched this email in study hall. My classmates were right there. I had a hard time not bursting out laughing histarically!! Seriously, TBC did a great Jorb.
-Da princess
P.S. If the hot girl picture did come up, it would have been of me. ^_^

I've seen it one time through so far, and it's pretty hilarious from what I saw. I would watch it again, but the people I'm sitting with insist on not bothering them with sound. I loved it when Coach Z snapped. I think it was pretty hilarious all-in-all. I'm just glad to see them getting a SB email in there on a regular basis again (maybe). --TehMilkman

It seems TBC hasn't lost their touch, after all. The "duck la orange" conversation and the "Bubs" easter egg were my favorite bits. (Is it just me, or is the Cheat way too cute when he's lounging and smiling?) I did find it kind of creepy when Strong Bad hit on the brontosaurus picture... - RaisedByACupOfCoffee

Great email. One thing I noticed though, was that Strong Bad broke the mirror... so doesn't he get seven years bad luck? - Shenlon

Yeah. Most likely for about 7 e-mails he will be attacked by things. -The Wiseman Of The Deadly Digital World. Or, Hagurumon.

I am pretty sure the duck a l'orange is a refernce to the Aqua Teen Hunger Force episode called, "Super Sirloin" where Frylock yells at Meatwad for throwing out Master Shakes duck a l'orange because of how expensive it was. Quasi

This was definetly an excellent e-mail... I almost fell out my chair, but what was Coach Z's deal? The Grandpa

Much, much better than last week's episode. The duck a l'orange part made me laugh out loud. The easter eggs were cool too. I certainly couldn't see the string. :D --Dark Grapefruit

Ypu. Great E-Mail. Never seen Bubs squint before. ~CB

Hey, maybe it is just my computer, but I can't use tab/enter for the easter eggs. All it does is scroll over the bottom icons (ie; Games, toons..) Jack Selby

Anyone besides me notice how Strong Bad uses a mouse to open Strong Mad's attachment, yet we clearly see no mouse near the computer?

Aw, hush. Don't be nitpicky.

I'm glad to see that they haven't lost their touch - The Cheat Is "glad to see some improvement and still not" Dead

After viewing it several more times, I think it was maybe just OK overall. I think I was a little too enthusiastic previously. --TehMilkman

This was an awesome email compared to the last couple they have done. I am a little disapointed that the Thnikkaman did not make a appereance when Bubs talked about his super power. - Heir_of_Lindeen

the way srong bad kept trying but kept failing reminded me of the old cyoty and road runner cartoons.:)

Jack Shelby, It's the browser. -DanielLC

Okay, just, don't ever call me Jack Shelby again. Ever. Jack Selby

Sooooooooooooooooooooo much better than last week!!! I'm breathing a sigh of relief now. Thanks to TBC for restoring my confidence. Interesting thing though...it appears that for the 2nd week in a row, there is a possible current pop culture reference. Last week, there was the debate over the possible reference to MTV's "Pimp My Ride". This week, I have to admit that the first thing I thought of when I saw Bubs floating (in the easter egg) was illusionist/magician/whatever David Blaine floating in front of people on the street in his TV special. What do you think? Are TBC beginning to work pop culture into H*R? - The Karninator

Oh. I didn't make that connection. i think it might be a stretch, but ... meh ... it's possible. Unlikely, though, and not an indication of a new trend of "working" pop culture into H*R. --TehMilkman

I should chand my name to Sbu! -Poot Slap

This email was okay. I liked the part where Strong Bad was talking to The Cheat and "Can I help you?". Not as good as the last two, but it was pretty good. The part with Bubs floating kind of freaked me out but it just didn't make me actually laugh like the other two. -5E

Strong Bad would be reduced to tears to see some of the spelling in here.... --That Flying Slav

LOL it was good. I was hoping for the Thnikkaman too, but it's allright. I never did noticed how much the Cheat looks like a duck...

Pop culture references have been in the emails from the early days. Mostly they were pretty subtle references to indie rock, though. For instance, in one of the Halloween ones, Coach Z says something like, "This is a beautiful house you got here, Strong Bad," and Strong Bad says "This is not my beautiful house." Then Coach Z says something and Strong Bad says, "This is not my beautiful life." Strong Bad's lines are lyrics from a Talking Heads song.

Well, you're close. It was actually Strong Sad that Coach Z was talking to. He was the one dressed as David Byrne, lead singer of the Talking Heads. Check Three Times Halloween Funjob/EasterEggs. -- Tom
