I was a cool intro, but it doesn't sound like POTC. Could be just me. It does sound familiar though.

.............Sounds like they recorded something, had him say it once, and then played it twice, on top of each other, that were slightly...off. Like, they didn't match up...yeah thats it...

Wait, do you mean Strong Bad's "check your email" song or the actual song about the different town?
I think that the fact that the song is by no less than They Might Be Giants should really be mentioned here.
I think this qualifies as a very good example of how to transcribe an e-mail...who ever did this deserves a pizza-trophy...
