I originally placed deleted items at the top of the
RecentChanges page so that we would notice when Trolls delete pages. Since then, we've deleted (for good reason) an awful lot of pages, to the extent that the recently updated items are a page and a half below the bottom of my browser window.
Would it be more convenient to have recently updated items at the top of the list? This option makes reading recently changed pages more convenient, but I am afraid that we might not scroll down very often to check the deleted pages (and consequently miss some troll action).
Or would it be better to have a separate page for deleted pages? This is even less convenient, but may be preferrable. However, you should only choose this option if you think you might actually check both pages often.
I have no preference, and will stay out of the voting altogether, but I would like to see people's opinions. Also, feel free to post here if you have additional suggestions for the layout of
RecentChanges, and feel free to add corresponding options to the polls. --

I think the deleted items would be much more manageable if we followed wazup90210's suggestion and made scheduled-for-deletion items disappear faster. Maybe 5 days would be good? --
