Easter Eggs
- Be sure to click on the image of The Cheat to check out his physiology.
- At the end you can click on a bit of poop on The PoopSmith's Shovel to download those mac desktops as wallpaper.
- Also at the end, you can click on the cake to see what the cake looks like - you can keep clicking on it to add to it. You can add (in this order): fortune cookies, some salsa-like stuff, grapes, honey grams, ice cubes, lemons quarters, and finally, Cramma-lamma-Ding-Dongs! (OtherOtherSide writes in to remind us to keep clicking until you see the 50 candle from "50 Emails") (This easter egg can be seen directly at [www.homestarrunner.com/cake.swf]) -
Fun Facts
- The email's page title says "Compy 086" instead of "Compy 386", and there's an icon on the black and white mac desktop that says "Compy 086".
- When the-coolest-stuff-ever.com was still alive, they figured out what the first cake said. I'd tell you, but I don't know how to take the stuff from H*R.com and rip it apart.
- The first cake said, "Hey Poopsmith! Here's a cake!" All you have to do is view it in fullscreen and zoom in on it. It's hard to read, but legible.
- I remember that t-c-s-e.com mentioned that the first cake said something to the effect of "I'm sorry I messed up the caper", which is a reference to caper. That might also explain a bit better why The Cheat made the first one.
- The Apple desktop has [Karateka] on it, a very famous game from 1984 by Jordan Mechner. And yes, this game was available for the Apple IIgs, which the "Compy 086" probably represents.
- The last thing that's put on the cake is a Swiss Cake Roll-Strong Bad's favorite!!
- I think the "salsa" is actually some Chinese dish based on breaded chicken. --Buz
