The Depot guy

This guy is the 1936 counterpart of Bubs. He's blind and is missing a leg. He has a peg leg and carries a walking stick. He has a cup of pencils and plays the banjo well. He has a big strip across his chest. Also he has white gloves and his teeth stick out. He has an old voice.
