He is the 1936 counterpart of Marshie. He wears a top hat and glasses and advertises Fluffy Puff Air Puffed Sugar Delights. He has a dignified look and a small lock of hair. He gives The Homestar Runner nightmares and his grave is featured in Malloween Commercial.
