Yeah, he is in one place on the site. Go to Dancin Bubs and pick the first background, and look to the right of Bubs. You should see a weird, rather skinny version of Homestar except with an overbite instead of an underbite, and is wearing a blue shirt with a speech bubble on it. Oh, and he's got no hat. -

He was on the fabled trading cards and was identified as Homeschool Winner. There was a mirror of this at The Me Fund before it closed.
