A character from the book that all of Homestar Runner is based on (see 'Original Book' in the museum at http://www.homestarrunner.com/museum.html). He entered The Strongest Man in the World contest, which was the subject of the book. Strong Sad's head seems to be based on this much older character.

He reappeared in the one hundredth Strong Bad Email, 'Flashback.' StrongBadEmail/flashback
