Homestar polished to be in an anime cartoon. Stinkoman's the guy, but he wants to be the guy too. Appears only in StrongBadEmail/japanese cartoon, the Under Construction April Fool's cartoon, and the 20X6 main page (#17). Pan-Pan fell on him.
