Actually, The Strong Bad/Sir Strong Bad's accent is more of the old-school Eastern aristocrat accent than it is British. Think John Kennedy, or some characters from old movies--this was a fairly popular accent for bad guys in B-movies, tying damsels in distress to the railroad track or whatever--or even better yet, think Franklin Roosevelt. "I hahve seen woaaaaaaa, ahnd I hate woaaaaa."
