Reynold is the geeky civilian contractor member of The Cheat Commandos. The epitome of bad fashion, he wears horn-rimmed glasses and a fake tie. At this time, all we know about him, is that he is not a black belt and likes to drink milk. He also used to have a girlfriend, but she has left him for unknown reasons.
