 He is an alien. He debuted as a character in The Cheat's cartoon, Powered by The Cheat. He also appears on Main Page number One, where he existed for a long time without being named or referred to. (see Main Pages/MainPage 1 .) According to Strong Bad (in New Boots) no one likes Nebulon's style. He has the same name as some sort of Fighter in Star Wars of which I am sure someone else knows a lot more than I do. Naboo Fighter, maybe?
