Here's another one. What's your favorite song, and who's it by?
"Paint it Black" By the Rolling Stones-- Melonade Lord

Different town by Strong Bad or Heyya by Outkast.
--(Psycho Mike)?

All around Jump, Little Childre has got to have some of the most inspiring music of the 90's. Wow. Check 'em out if you get the chance.
-The Brothers E

Summer of `69 by Bryan Adams. - Heir_of_Lindeen

PrincessofStrongBadia: "If We Hold On Together" from The Land Before Time, "Drops of Jupiter" by Train, and "With arms Wide Open" by Creed.

These People Tried To Fade Me and Because It's Midnite.- SBZ22

"It's All About The Pentiums Baby" by Weird Al Yankovic. Why? Because it's a good song and it has technical accruacy.
"You've gotta be the dumbest newbie I've ever seen. You've got White-Out all over your screen." -MoogleMaster?

Hey Ya is my favourite song too. I also like stuff by Good Charlotte and various other people. Arrohed Aria

Currently, "Konstantine" by Something Corporate. All of your selections are decent, but you young'uns need some culture. Get out your pens and papers and start writing: Belle & Sebastian, Bright Eyes, Coheed and Cambria, Cursive, Damone, Desaparecidos, Eisley, Fall Out Boy, Jawbreaker, Juliana Theory, Kind of Like Spitting, Mates of State, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Onelinedrawing, Paul Simon, Phantom Planet, Planes Mistaken for Stars, Rasputina, Smoking Popes, Something Corporate, Sunny Day Real Estate, Taking Back Sunday, Tenacious D, The Ataris, The Go Reflex, The Magnetic Fields, They Might Be Giants, Thursday, Transplants, Yellowcard. Now get ye to KaZaA Lite, and if think there's not a single thing in that list that doesn't beat the pants off of whatever's in your CD changer, you can bury me in a box of peas. (Remember, support musicians -- pay for the music you enjoy and go to concerts.) -- InterruptorJones

Hey InterruptorJones, I'm a working musician, so thanks for that exhortation. Favorite songs? Hymn by Randy Stonehill. Night Light by Second Chapter of Acts. Anything by Phil Keaggy. Some contemporary stuff like Bare Naked Ladies, Vertical Horizon, some others. Pretty much anything by They Might Be Giants. John Rutter's Requiem album. Some traditional hymns and songs like Be Thou My Vision and Jesus, Lover of My Soul. As for favorite tunes (music without words), lots of stuff by Bach, and Celtic stuff especially jigs and slip jigs like The Butterfly. I could go on but I'll quit there. -- DungeonGirl

LimoZeen's song Because it's Midnite. That may not be in H*R but it's in the CD Strong Bad sings.-LimoZeener

"The System is down" on the SBS CD. -Crap

That's the point. -- InterruptorJones

My favorite is 'My Band' by D12- Jack Selby

Oh god there are so many... But right now I'm listening to 'Vegetable Man' by Syd Barrett, the greatest musician ever to go insane.

And also, Syd Barrett has the same initials as Strong Bad!

You can find it here: [song]
And you can find more of his songs here: http://www.syd-barrett.it

P.S. I'm a musician myself, my lyrics are [Here]

My favorites are "Breed" By Nirvana and "Down" by 311.-DaChazman

Midnite by Limozeen --Agent9

Nice poems Alphazodiac. --Agent9

Because It's Midnite By Limozeen DEFINATELY!! I love that song so much. I also like Secret song by Homestar. He is so sweet and Matt Chapman is the best. - M.J

"Tea and Sympathy" by Jars of Clay. "The Hammer Holds" by Bebo Norman. Also stuff by Switchfoot, "Erosion" and "Dare You To Move" in particular. I used to listen to Dashboard Confessional a lot, but Chris Carabba's "victim's perspective" songwriting got old.
Jones, I notice a lot of emo bands in your long list. You a big emo fan? - "Douglas"

Well, saying "I like emo" is kind of like saying "come beat me up", but yeah, I like a lot of bands that many people would classify as "emo" (for the record, probably only a handful of the bands above would classify themselves as emo -- and at the risk of looking like a tool for quoting Billy Joel lyrics: it's all rock & roll to me). -- InterruptorJones

SUBLIME!! - Any song -Hobophobic

I like the Newsboys. Alot of their old stuff is not that great, but they came up with 'Love, Liberty Disco', so their not that bad -JamesGecko

I love kj-52 and the 2 sets of his twin songs, "Dear Slim 1 and 2" and "Coke, Fry and a Cheeseburger and Gimme Dat Mountain Dew." DeLoreanz1

TROGDOR!,The Cheat Is Not Dead, and American Pie. - The Conductor

anything by alien ant farm. - jiggaman

Kenny Chesney-Live those songs again, Big and Rich-Save a horse, ride a cowboy. You know, basicly anything country! (I am from Nashville!) - FireBird

Coach Z Hip Hop dance and Zelda tune. -Da Bee

Float On-Modest Mouse, Anything by The Darkness, In The Shadows-The Rasmus, Anything By The White Stripes, Take Me Out-Franz Fertinand, Okay I Really like that kind of rock with no specific gendre Tasteballer

"Chop Suey!" by System of a Down or "Killing in the Name" by Rage Against The Machine - SgtSalad

I personally hate any music from the mid-80's or later, except for those on H*R. My favorite songs are from the 50's, 60's, and early 70's. I can't really think of a favorite, though. -Ingiald
